As the Project Manager and Technical lead for this Major Retail store rollout Adrian overcame huge obstacles in delivering fully a functional point of sale and front office system enabling the store to open on the scheduled date. The store has over 72 point of sale terminals , barcode equipment and network infrastructure. Adrian noticed that the civil contractors Stocks and Stocks were building the store from the Front to back and due to the need to prepare the goods receiving areas and install computer infrastructure it would be better to construct the store back to front, it was decided in subsequent Projects to try the idea and saved the project 8 weeks to get the store generating income earlier. Adrian has acquired advanced consulting and Project Management Skills in the retail sector and is capable of delivering major retail projects.Makro is currently owned by USA retail giant Woolmart

Liberty Life Contact center
The Liberty Life contact center went live when call centres were in their infancy in South Africa from a poor customer service rating the call center enabled Liberty Life to achieve massive results and excellent service . the project was delivered in 5 1/2 months and entailed 16 sub project managers and a host of resources controlled by myself as the project manager .
